I forgot my PIN. Can I reset it?
If you configured a PIN recovery question, use “Forgot PIN?” on the unlock screen, answer it, and choose a new PIN. Capitalization does not matter. If recovery was not configured, contact support from the account you signed up with for account help.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
You can cancel anytime by opening the app, navigating to Settings, and selecting "Manage Subscription". You will retain Premium access until the end of your billing cycle. Existing connections remain available after Premium ends.
What shows up on my credit card statement?
A payment processor descriptor appears on your statement. We do not publish the exact descriptor on this public site; signed-in members can review the current statement information before subscribing.
I bought a connection credit. How does it work?
Each $5.99 connection credit adds capacity for one additional unique connection. It never expires and follows your account across devices and subscriptions. Included Free capacity is used first, and a credit is consumed only when a new connection is successfully established.
Which Premium plans are available?
Premium provides unlimited new connections while active, removes ads, and unlocks extra shells and features. Existing connections remain available if Premium ends. The Pricing page shows the current monthly plan and any available annual offers.
Why did I see a Premium suggestion?
AsidePocket may occasionally show a restrained Premium suggestion to eligible Free members. Suggestions are suppressed while you are typing, using dialogs, handling an error, or otherwise actively working. You can always open the Premium offer yourself from the private navigation.
Can support review a credit refund?
Contact support with your account and payment details. If an unused purchased credit is refunded, that credit is reversed. A consumed credit is not restored; refunding it does not change your existing connections or create a negative balance.
